📦 Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped with love from California, USA! 🇺🇸💕

⏰ What are your processing times?
Processing times can vary between 1.5–2.5 weeks. Each bundle is specially curated just for you, and it takes time to make every order feel unique and special. 💜🦋

📽Does Every order comes with a video? No, in order to keep the orders flowing quickly, only orders that have purchased a"Video add-on" will get a video. This video will be prioritized. All other orders do get a photo but are posted in the corresponding order, which will not be prior to recieving order. 

🎥 When will my video be posted?
Your video will be posted the day your order ships or the following day, depending on the time. 💕✨

💗 Do you offer refunds?
No refunds. Every mystery bundle is unique and takes time, care, and thought to curate specifically for you. 🦋

🚚 How does shipping work?
I pay more than half of the shipping cost, so you only pay a smaller portion! 📦💜

🎁 Missing something?
If you are missing something, please let me know! I’d love the opportunity to make it right. I’ll send your missing item plus a little extra ASAP! 💕🦋

📦 What if something is damaged during shipping?
I’m not responsible for the shipping carrier, but I do wrap and package everything as carefully as possible. 💜 If multiple items are damaged, I can process a shipping claim. Otherwise, I’d be happy to replace the damaged item with your next purchase. 🦋✨

🌙 A little about me & my shop
I work full time, so most of my shop work and bundle curating is done at night. I also occasionally need days off to rest and spend time with family. 💕 Your patience, kindness, and understanding mean more to me than you know!
